I am Brooke, a Holistic Health Coach and I help women who are stressed out and run down get back to health. With a passion for health and wellness, I guide women who are interested in a more healthy lifestyle but don’t know where to start.
Do you want to feel more bliss, contentment, success, healthy and full of energy? I did too, and that’s what took me on my own pursuit of wellness.
I was the stressed out corporate girl working between 10 – 16 hours most days. I knew that mentally and physically I was suffering but when I couldn’t stand up in the shower one day because of adrenal fatigue, I knew something had to change.
I took action late which meant that a lot of time, money, courses and holistic appointments took place to nurture myself back to health. This is why I’m passionate and I why I want to guide you so that you can have your (raw) cake and eat it too. Being healthy and making changes doesn’t have to be hard; you just have to know where to start.
I originally enrolled at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to heal myself back to health through the learnings, but also through feeding my passion.
Today I am thankful for the low point because it made me identify my passion and realise that once you lose your health, it’s a lot harder to get back. I want to help others in similar situations so that they can either improve their situation or reduce the chance of their health being impacted, by sharing some insights I’ve learnt through experience and my education.
I am living a life of good health, happiness and fun because I’m now looking after all aspects of myself; body, mind and spirit.
And I want you to feel it too.
